I provide a certificate on the completion of work, which is often required for insurance purposes.
Le tarif de base est de 70 € pour un particulier (maison de plain-pied, intervention par le bas). En fonction de votre installation, ce tarif pourra être revu à la hausse.
Call a chimney sweep !
Obviously your flue or your chimney needs to be serviced. But what does the french law says, and how often should you sweep your chimney ?
The RSD (Réglement Sanitaire Départemental) requires one or two service a year, by a certified chimney sweep, depending of the fuel that is used.
Twice a year for your oil and wood burner (including one in heating period), and once for your gas installation.
For your wood appliance, it all depends on how much fuel is used, and how it is used. As a good reminder : "For every six steres burned, call a chimney sweep !"
Don't play with fire
It is vital to get your chimney inspected regularly to prevent flue blockages and dangerous fumes from entering your home.
Whether you use gas, wood or oil, the flue is key to your appliance. Bad draw or clogging leads to an inefficient combustion, a rise in fuel consumption, and increases carbone dioxide emissons in atmosphere.
Ramonage rotatif
Pour une meilleure prestation, j’utilise du matériel de ramonage rotatif. Très efficace sur des conduits tubés, cette technique permet un meilleur rendu que le traditionnel “tiré-poussé”.
L’effet centrifuge de la perceuse permet au hérisson nylon d’épouser l’intégralité du conduit. Les fabricants de tubage recommandent cette technique pour leurs conduits.
